I've been a bit busy working, hence the lack of an update, and I haven't had my usual reading time...so I have sod all to talk about.

Congratulations to Liverpool for winning the FA Cup, and congratulations to Fernando Alonso for being the first Spaniard to win the Spanish Grand Prix.

There has been bad news this week, including the murder of Nisha Patel-Nasri, a Special Constable with the Metropolitan Police.
