The Labour Party Conference

Well....looks like the Labour Party Conference is upholding the whole debating atmosphere.....by manhandling an 82 year old party member out of the room when he heckled Jack Straw about Iraq. See here and here...footage here.

I think being prevented from returning under the Prevention of Terrorism Act was a bit much though. At least the Labour Party has apologised to him...eventually.

I didn't know they were that concerned about stopping debate. Perhaps they are getting a little sensitive?
