US GP
Well......that was different. Big thumbs up to Ferrari, Jordan and Minardi for at least providing a show.
Perhaps F1 will try and do something next time.
I thought it was a silly situation that could have been avoided by the introduction of a chicane in the last corner. It can't be that hard to do surely? A matter of hours could have sorted that out, but it seems that the paying public didn't deserve a show. Oh well, whatever the decisions, at least 3 teams knew what needed to be done.
All I can see is that F1 will have just severely damaged their efforts to spread the word in the US, especially when you consider the devotion shown to NASCAR, IRL etc. I wonder what they would have done if this situation had occurred at Silverstone or Monza.
